GRACE REWROTE MY STORY

I consider everything as a loss because of the supreme good of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord ,for by his sake I have accepted the loss of all things and consider them much rubbish that I may gain Christ (eph 3:8). I was deeply devoted to Christ (religion) but my devotion wasn’t based on true knowledge ( ROM .10:2). I was made to believe that grace was not  free and I had to earn it, as a result, I tried to earn it by promising God that I would give him back part of what he will have given me, fasting to win his favor and sowing seed in form of money so that it may multiply yet the sower sows the word (John 4:14) little did I know that it was by free grace (God’s unmerited favor) and not by works that I was saved through faith (eph 2:8)

I looked at God as being too holy for me and being too far from where I could not reach him. As a result, I had to always pass through others like saints and the blessed virgin Mary to talk to him on my behalf since I saw myself as a sinner and Un worthy before him.i was made to look at God as a strict judge who would strike me Incase I messed up hence I always walked in fear and in self-condemnation.

But once grace found me, oh my God what a life-changing moment it was! My eyes got opened, my ears heard and my mind was able to understand my true identity. Guys am a righteous child of God and the spirit of God witnesses with my spirit of the same (ROM.8:16) All my sins past, present, and the future were all forgiven and there is no more condemnation for those in Christ Jesus (ROM.8:1). Am no longer a slave of law (religion) but a justified righteous child of God and am blessed with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm (Eph 1:3).

Now that a child of God, am an heir of God and co-heir of Christ Jesus (ROM 8:17).what a right time to live this is! Blessed is he whom Grace has found
